Returns

Since all our pieces are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong order.

If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out to us within 5 days of receiving your package at tsukor.project@gmail.com. We’ll be happy to assist you and find a solution.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. If these conditions are not met, we may not be able to process a refund or exchange.
